Brand new dog rescue

Rescued Rascals is a brand new 501c3 pending dog rescue.

Rescued Rascals is a pending 501c3 nonprofit all volunteer/foster based dog rescue.

We are based in Oswego however we plan on having foster homes in the entire Fox Valley and Chicagoland area.
