Dog Attacks Man, DUI, Domestic Battery: Oswego Blotter

Arrests and incidents occurred between Dec. 2 and Dec. 8.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Dec. 2

Danielle L. Retterer, 23, of the 0-100 block of Old Post in Montgomery, was charged with felony retail theft and obstructing a peace officer. The arrest occurred in the 2500 block of Route 34.

Dec. 3

Samantha Rose Donaldson, 34, of the 4500 block of Douglas Road in Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence after her vehicle was stuck in a ditch.

Justin D. Noel, 19, of the 200 block of Ashcroft Ln., was charged resisting officers, battery, and consumption of alcohol by a minor. The arrest occurred in the 200 block of Ashcroft Lane.

Dec. 4

Maxwell R. Black, 26, of Aurora, was charged with domestic battery. The arrest occurred at Farmington Lakes Blvd and Douglas Road.

Dec. 5

Nina N. Reyes, 27, of the 800 block of N. May in Aurora, was charged with driving while license suspended, obstructing ID and speeding. The arrest occurred in the area of Douglas Road and Old Post.

Dec. 6

Sherman J. Jones, 25, of Iowa, was charged with domestic battery. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of Cobblestone.

Bonnie S. Jensen, 46, of the 1100 block of Fisk Road in Compton, was charged with felony retail theft, obstructing ID and four outstanding warrants. The arrest occurred in the 3000 block of Route 34.

Dec. 7

George R. Torres, 18, of the 700 block of Hamilton Ave. in Aurora, was charged with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, possession of cannabis and a failure to appear warrant for drugs. The arrest occurred in the 1500 block of Route 34.

Police took a report in which two dogs attacked a 46-year-old Oswego man and his two dogs. The incident occurred at Seton Creek and Wollmington.

Dec. 8

An Oswego resident reported several instances of credit card fraud and forgery after it was discovered that several checks had been stolen and cashed. The resident also reported that a credit card had been stolen and used on several occasions.
