Oswego Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Josh Walters confirmed that there were no injures from the fire.
"[The employees] smelled something burning and all got out safely before we arrived," he said.
Walters said it was an electrical fire and that it was very "minor."
10:47 a.m
A fire .was reported at the Oswego Panda Express Tuesday morning.
According to dispatch reports, the fire occurred at 10:19 a.m. in the 2600 block of Route 34.
Oswego Police Captain Jeff Burgner said initial reports indicate that no one was inside the building at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported. The fire also does not appear to have created lasting damage.
An employee at the Panda Express said the restaurant would open later in the afternoon today rather than at 11 a.m. as normal.
