Fraudulent Credit Card Used to Buy $400 Worth of Gift Cards: Oswego Crime Summary
The crime occurred at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Oswego

The following information was obtained through Oswego Police Department reports:
Police received a report that someone used a fraudulent credit card to purchase $400 worth of gift cards from the Buffalo Wild Wings on Douglas Road on Jan. 10. Police are investigating the incident.
On the evening of Jan. 16, Corey S. Divietro, 45, was arrested for domestic battery on Alexander Court. He has a court date in March.

On the morning of Jan. 19, Thomas Lee Wilson, 53, of Aurora was stopped on Route 30 near Goodwin Drive. Police charged him with speeding, driving with a suspended license, and driving without insurance.
Police are investigating a report that $400 in cash was taken off the counter of a business on the 100 block of Douglas Road. The incident reportedly occurred just after 2 p.m. on Sunday.

On Monday, an unknown suspect caused $1,500 worth of damage to a park district fence near the intersection of Lakeview Drive and Briarwood Lane. Lakeview park is in this area.
Also on Monday, a school district representative reported that a bench had been damaged at Churchill Elementary School. The damage was estimated at $15 and police are investigating the incident.
A charge is merely an accusation of the crime, and it is not a finding of guilt.
