Yorkville Man Charged With Identity Theft
Yorkville Man Charged With Identity Theft
Kendall County, IL (June 25, 2021, 10:00a.m.)
On January 21, 2021, Kendall County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 50 Block of Burkhart Drive, for a report of unauthorized transactions on a credit card. The complainant reported an unauthorized charge of over $500.
Kendall County Sheriff’s Office Detectives began an investigation, and on June 22, 2021, the Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office charged Cody K Mcmillan, a 28 year old man from the 11000 Block of Church Road, Yorkville, with one count of identity theft, a class 3 felony. A warrant was issued, and bond was set at $7,500, with ten percent to apply. Mcmillan was taken into custody on the warrant on June 24, 2021, and posted bond, pending his next court date.
