Organic Gardening at Sol Gardens

Take a tour and learn about Kendall County's own authentic and organic farm, featuring livestock, vegetables, fruits and even hay!

After a busy summer of garden walks and field trips, Hilltop Gardeners Garden Club will next meet on Thursday, September 14 to visit Sol Gardens. The group will tour the Yorkville organic farm of Kris and Lara Gawrych and learn about its evolution from a one-acre field to a large, vibrant farm featuring organic and sustainable livestock, fruits, vegetables and hay.

Garden club meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at the Little White School Museum in Oswego, except for field trips or as otherwise noted. Anyone interested in attending
