Oswego 2017 Halloween Sex Offender Registry Safety Map

OSWEGO, IL — There are 15 registered sex offenders in Oswego listed on the Illinois Sex Offender Registry, 10 are classified as sexual predators. It doesn't include an offender whose address is unknown and four who are currently incarcerated. This map is not intended to discourage trick-or-treating. Those registered have holiday restrictions and are not allowed to dress in costume or pass out candy. Misconduct ranges from non-violent to violent.

One offender, Jorge Humberto Corral, is residing in an unknown location. He was charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The victim was 13 years old and he was 21 at the time of the offense. Jorge's date of birth is December 20, 1973.
