Oswego Man Flees DUI Crash With Fractured Neck: Cops
The 36-year-old from Oswego allegedly fled the scene of a crash with a head injury and fractured neck.

A 36-year-old Oswego man was charged with DUI after allegedly fleeing the scene of a crash despite suffering a fractured neck, police said.
Kendall County Sheriff Deputies responded to a crash at Route 31 and East Anchor Drive just before 6 p.m. Monday.
Witnesses reported the driver of the vehicle ran from the scene, police said. Deputies found the apparent driver, Christian Cid, at Marlin Drive and West Anchor Drive.

The 36-year-old Oswego man had a head injury and was transported to Rush Copley Hospital in Aurora, where staff discovered a neck fracture, police said.
Cid, of the 2000 block of Route 31, was cited for improper lane usage and charged with driving without a license, leaving the scene of a crash and driving under the influence, according to the sheriff's office.
