There are plenty of New Year's Eve events that aren't sold out yet! Here's your guide to fireworks, parties and more in and around Oswego.

OSWEGO, IL – Love it or hate it, New Year’s Eve is happening again this year. Whether you plan to ring in 2018 at your favorite restaurant, a buzzing party with your friends or all cozied up in front of the TV, we’ve got you covered.

So pop the bubbly, come up with some resolutions you can actually stick to and get ready to celebrate the New Year. New Years Eve at Prohibition Junction Bar & Grill: Live live dance music 'til 1 a.m. with DJ Phil K Swift at 1031 Station Dr. The party starts at 7:30 with no cover.

New Years Eve Family Party at Shef Brothers Pizza: Party goes Sunday from 6 p.m. - 9 at 1505 Mitchell Dr. Tickets are $25/person if purchased before Dec. 27. Price includes 9 p.m. balloon drop and pizza buffet with unlimited arcade play, bounce room time and indoor mini golf. There will be face painting, balloon animals and character appearances.

YORKVILLE: Roadhouse Bar and Grill will be offering a three-course dinner for $20 followed by live music by Eli Hernandez with a champagne toast at midnight. Dec. 31, 5 p.m. - 2 a.m. at 1901 S Bridge St.

AURORA: Semple Band will play at Ballydoyle, 28 W. New York St. The band plays high-energy classics, country tunes, 90s covers and contemporary music, plus a few of their best originals. They'll be joined by an acoustic set from Brian Kovacs. Tickets are $20 for a full night's entertainment starting at 6 p.m. Brian Kovacs's unplugged set will go until 9:30, then Semple rocks the stage from 10:00.

“New Year’s Eve Live” With Anderson Cooper And Andy Cohen
Where to catch it: CNN
Why you should watch: For the first time ever, Anderson Cooper will host CNN’s annual New Year’s Eve Live special with none other than “Watch What Happens Live” host Andy Cohen. As these two are best friends in real life, you can expect tons witty banter and hilarious moments from the pair. The Bravo mogul will replace Cooper’s former co-host Kathy Griffin, whom CNN fired after her controversial Donald Trump photoshoot.

“Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2018” Hosted by Ryan Seacrest
Where to catch it: ABC
Why you should watch: Remember last year’s infamous Mariah Carey mic incident? Yes, it happened on Seacrest’s watch. So if that’s any indication, this could be a good one to tune-in to. And even if there aren’t any crazy celebrity snafus, you can count on crazy views of Time Square packed with people, as well as awesome musical performances.
