Oswego Police Blotter Dec. 2 - 4
Oswego Police reports include vehicle burglaries, failure to appear warrants and multiple arrests.
OSWEGO, IL — These are incidences reported by the Oswego Police Department Dec. 1 through Dec. 4. All suspects are proven innocent unless proven guilty in the court of law.
Jorge R. Servin, 49, of the 200 block of Fox Chase Drive, was arrested Dec. 1 on charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle, police said. His SUV collided with a Yorkville woman’s SUV at the corner of Chicago Road and Jackson Street around 6:35 p.m.
Alisha Ann Craven, 26, of the 300 block of Hill Avenue in North Aurora, was charged with driving with a revoked license, no proof of insurance, and failure to signal within 100 feet of an intersection Dec. 2 around 12:28 a.m. The Oswego Police report said the incident took place near Waterbury Circle and Ogden Falls Boulevard.

Eric Barrera, 18, of the 800 block of Elmwood Drive in Aurora, was charged Dec. 1 with driving without a valid driver’s license. He was stopped near Douglas Road and Towne’s Crossing around 10:03 p.m., according to the report.
Joshua D. Emery, 26, of the 200 block of Calumet Street in Oswego, was charged Dec. 2 on a Failure To Appear warrant for two counties, driving with a suspended license and disobeying a stop sign. The suspect was detained and held on a recognizance bond for the suspended license.

Terrance McKinney, Jr., 23, of the 00 block of Sonora Drive, was arrested Nov. 2 at 10:30 p.m. on an FTA warrant out of DuPage county. He was detained at Kendall County Correctional Facility.
A. Bice, 32, was charged Dec. 3 for failure to yield. The suspect’s vehicle collided with another vehicle near Douglas Road and Route 34 around 2 p.m., according to the police report.
Police are investigating a Dec. 4 report on a stolen 2013 Subaru Outback. The victims said the incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. the night before. The vehicle was taken from the 100 block of Brandon Court in Oswego.
A 36-year-old Plainfield woman reported a stolen wallet around 11:06 Dec. 3. It was taken at the 2300 block of Route 34 near Fifth Street.
Police are investigating a theft that took place Dec. 3 at Jewel-Osco. About $40 worth of goods were taken around 5:30 p.m.
Police took a report for a vehicle burglary and criminal damage to a vehicle Dec. 3. The incident took place at the 2000 block of Mitchell Drive around 5:20 p.m. The police report lists two victims, including a 37-year-old victim from Plainfield and Tires Express at the 200 block of E. New York Street.
Another vehicle burglary was reported Dec. 4. The incident was thought to occur around 6:40 a.m., police said. The vehicle was unlocked in the 00 block of E. Merchants Drive near Wolf Road. $200 worth of goods were taken.
Two juveniles were arrested for disorderly conduct and battery Dec. 4 around 9 a.m. from an incident that happened a couple hours earlier on the 1500 block of Harvey Road near Wolf Road. There was at least one injury, according to the report.
