Oswego Weekend Weather: Warm, Chance Of Storms, Hail

OSWEGO, IL -- Oswego will see a warm weekend with a chance of storms and precipitation throughout. Chances of precipitation range from 20 to 30 percent.

The National Weather Service has also issued a hazardous weather outlook for the area. Thursday night is seeing an elevated hail risk, an elevated thunderstorm wind damage risk, a limited flooding risk and an elevated fog risk.

There will be a warm an unstable air mass, and isolated storms are possible Thursday afternoon. Hail could be up to the size of a half-dollar. The National Weather Service says the storm is moving southeast.

Tonight: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 69. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Friday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 84. North northwest wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 59. North wind 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 81. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 61.

Sunday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 82.

Sunday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1am. Partly cloudy, with a low around 62.
