Oswego Woman Charged With Forgery: Kendall Co. Sheriff's Office

Police say the 24-year-old woman gave authorities a false identity after being arrested on suspicion of DUI.

OSWEGO, IL — A 24-year-old Oswego Woman is charged with aggravated DUI, forgery, obstructing justice, identity theft, unlawful use of ID and driving with a suspended license, according to a news release from the Kendall County Sheriff's Office. Claudia Aguilar was arrested Jan. 30 in the 500 block of South Spencer Street In Aurora, Illinois, by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Police say Aguilar was arrested by the Oswego Police Department in July on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, but that she gave police a false identity, which led to the other charges against her.

Bond has been set at $20,000.
