Park Sign Broken, Retail Theft: Oswego Blotter

Arrests and incidents occurred between Dec. 11 and Dec. 14.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Dec. 11

A vehicle struck a wooden Oswegoland Park District sign at the entrance of the Saw Wee Kee Park causing the sign and support post to break.

Dec. 13

Tyrone Jackson, 44, of Aurora, was charged with retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and an in-state warrant. The arrest occurred in the 2300 block of Route 34.

Dec. 14

A juvenile was charged with unlawful number of passengers. The incident occurred at Panther Ln and Route 71.
