Wednesday, Jan. 8
Possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful consumption of alcohol
Kellianne M. Firnsin, 20, of the 100 block of Oswego Plains, Oswego, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. at Route 71 and Franklin Street and charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia and the unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, said Oswego police.

Sean R. Finneran, 23, of the 100 block of Lakeside Drive, Oswego, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery, said Oswego police.
Tuesday, Jan. 7
Hit and run
- Oswego police took a report for a hit and run that occurred at an unknown time at Kendall Point and Route 34. Damage is estimated at over $1,500.
- Oswego police responded to a reported hit and run crash that occurred at 1 p.m. at Route 34 west of Boulder Hill Pass. A red SUV struck a guardrail and left the scene.
Sunday, Jan. 5
Domestic battery
Oswego police are investigating a domestic battery that occurred at 12:38 p.m. in the 400 block of Grapevine Trail.
Burglary
Oswego police are investigating a reported burglary that occurred at 4:58 a.m. at a business in the 0-99 block of Stonehill. Loss is estimated between $5,000 and $10,000.
Burglary to motor vehicle
Oswego police took a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred between Dec. 24 and Jan. 5 in the 100 block of Ahmert. The victim’s vehicle was broken into while parked in the driveway and $1,000 was reported stolen.
Saturday, Jan. 4
DUI
Jonathan T. Myers, 23, of the 600 block of Briarwood Lane, Oswego, was arrested at 8:19 a.m. at Grove Road and Washington Street and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said Oswego police. He was also charged for a seat belt violation and driving without insurance.
Harassment
Oswego police took a report for telephone harassment that occurred at 9:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Valentine Way.
Criminal damage to property
Oswego police took a report for criminal damage to property that occurred on Dec. 20 in the 400 block of Majestic Lane. Damage was estimated at less than $50.
Friday, Jan. 3
Theft
Oswego police are investigating a theft that occurred between Aug. 1 and Dec. 1 in the 1200 block of Douglas Road. A former employee of the business allegedly stole cash and checks worth $5,000.
Identity theft
Oswego police took a report for identity theft that occurred at an unknown time. The victim’s social security number was used without permission.
Domestic battery
Oswego police investigated a domestic disturbance call that was reported at 11:24 p.m. in the 200 block of Concord Drive. No arrests were made.
Thursday, Jan. 2
Criminal damage to property, curfew
A male juvenile was arrested at 2:50 a.m. in the 300 block of Barnaby and charged with criminal damage to property and a curfew violation, said Oswego police.
