Robotics Team Turbo Charged packs food for children

Local team lends a helping hand to start the New Year.

Turbo Charged, a local Community Robotics Team spent time at Feed My Starving Children this week. On Friday Jan 3rd from 8- 9:30 pm the team took part in a packing event at the FMSC location in Aurora, IL. The team hand packed 553 nutritious MannaPack meals specifically designed to assist in reversing and preventing under nutrition in poverty stricken countries.

Turbo Charged has helped in many community service projects this season. FMSC is the first one of the New Year for the team. Not only did the students and parents help to pack meals, they also donated funds to feed many children for one full year.

We encourage others to help this organization in feeding poverty stricken children. info at www.fmsc.org
