Wednesday, Oct. 16

Resisting a peace officer, unlawful walking on a highway

Michelle I. O’Mann, 28, of the 4400 bock of Mozart, Chicago, was arrested at 3:24 a.m. at Route 34 and Orchard and charged with resisting a peace officer and for unlawfully walking on a highway, said Oswego police.

Oswego police are investigating a retail theft that occurred at 8:40 p.m. at Firehouse Pizza and Pub, 0-99 block of Washington Street.

Burglary to motor vehicle, criminal damage to property

Oswego police are investigating a reported burglary to a motor vehicle and criminal damage to property that occurred at 7:53 p.m. in the 2800 block of Route 34. $400 was reported stolen and $400 was reported in damages.

Domestic battery

Oswego police are investigating a reported domestic battery that occurred at 5 a.m. in the 200 block of Clubhouse Lane, Oswego.

Warrant

Anthony J. Barlas, 45, of the 2000 block of Cheshire Drive, Aurora, was arrested at 5 p.m. in the 3500 block of Route 34 on a warrant, said Oswego police.

Tuesday, Oct. 15

No valid driver’s license

William Asante, 21, of the 8300 block of David, Woodridge, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. at Collins and Grove and charged for driving without a valid driver’s license, failure to signal and no insurance, said Oswego police.

Domestic battery

Jason T. Terrell, 35, of the 400 block of Silver Charm Drive, Oswego, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery, said Oswego police.

Theft

Oswego police took a report for a theft that occurred at 2 p.m. in the 4000 block of Route 71. An item valued at $1,000 was reported stolen.

Warrant

Ashley T. Lopez, 21, of the 22100 block of West Orca Court, Plainfield, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. at Farnsworth and Route 34 on a warrant after she was stopped for failing to signal and driving without headlights, said Oswego police.

Monday, Oct. 14

Domestic battery

  • Oswego police are investigating a domestic battery report that occurred at 12:07 a.m. in the 100 block of Springbrook Trail South. No arrests have been made at this time.
  • Robert G. Kloss, 33, of the 100 block of Buckingham Court, Oswego, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery, said Oswego police.

Domestic battery, resisting a peace officer

Melvin Davis, 48, of the 300 block of Waterbury Circle, Oswego, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery and resisting a peace officer, said Oswego police.

Sunday, Oct. 13

Hit and run

Oswego police took a report for a hit and run accident that occurred at 12:30 a.m. at West Washington and Presidential. A pick-up truck ran the victim’s vehicle off the road and into the media, resulting in over $500 worth of damages.

Domestic battery

Oswego police are investigating a domestic battery report that occurred at 3 p.m. in the 400 block of Silver Charm Drive. No arrests have been made at this time.

Burglary to motor vehicle

  • Oswego police took a report for a burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred at an unknown time in the 400 block of Sudbury circle, Oswego. Loss was valued at $350.
  • Oswego police took a report for a burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred at an unknown date and time in the 500 block of Chestnut. Someone entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and took $250 in cash.

Saturday, Oct. 12

Domestic battery

Torrey M. Robinson, 36, of the 400 block of Gloria Lane, Oswego, was arrested at 11:59 a.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery, said Oswego police.

Possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia

Jessica R. Parmelee, 23, of the 500 block of Lakeview, Oswego; and Valentin R. Partida, 24, of the 400 block of Raintree, Oswego, were arrested at 12:40 a.m. at Wolf Road and Southbury. Parmelee was charged with the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and Partida was charged with the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis, said Oswego police.

Thursday, Oct. 10

DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with revoked license, driving without headlights

James K. Stepps, 42, of the 300 block of Bluegrass Parkway, Oswego, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. at Route 34 and Mason Square Drive and charged for driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license, said Oswego police. He was stopped and also charged for driving without headlights when required.

Battery

A male juvenile, 15, was charged with battery following an incident at 7:20 a.m. at Oswego High School.

Theft

Oswego police are investigating a theft that occurred on Oct. 9 at Oswego High School. $100 and a bottle of Prozac were reported stolen from a locker room.
