Sunday, Oct. 20

Criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to property

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for criminal damage to property and trespass that occurred at an unknown time in the last two weeks in the 0-99 block of North Royal Oaks, Bristol. The victim reported that a shed on the property was forcefully entered and damage was done to the windows and doors.

Saturday, Oct. 19

Burglary

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for a burglary that occurred between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.  in the 0-99 block of Spring Garden, Montgomery. An unknown person/s entered a residence being remodeled and stole an 18 v cordless Dewalt drill, two 18 v batteries and a charger for a total value of $400.

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported criminal damage to property that occurred at 9 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Aldon Road, Montgomery.

Friday, Oct. 18

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for criminal damage to property that occurred during the night hours in the 7300 block of Thorn Hill Court, Oswego. The victim reported finding a large rock on the front room floor and a large hole in the front room window. The value of the window was estimated at $500.

Warrant

Deon Christopher Brady, 21, of the 0-99 block of Scarsdale Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 52:25 a.m. at his residence on a warrant out of Will County for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license, said the Sheriff’s office.

No valid driver’s license, possession of cannabis

Ignesio Huerta, 18 and Adrian Ochoa, 19, both of the 4200 block of Klatt Street, Plano, were arrested at 11:45 p.m. at Route 34 and Bristol Ridge Road, Bristol. Huerta was stopped for speeding 59mph in a 45mph zone and was charged for driving without a valid driver’s license and cited for speeding. Passenger Ochoa was charged with the possession of cannabis.

Thursday, Oct. 17

Domestic battery

Peter Ferdinand Karales, 29, of the 100 block of Tealwood Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 10 p.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery after reportedly scratching the victim, said the Sheriff’s office.

Warrant

A female juvenile, 16, was arrested on a juvenile warrant or a probation violation out of Kendall County after deputies conducted a follow-up investigation on a female juvenile runaway and discovered the arrested subject was the runaway, said the Sheriff’s office.

Wednesday, Oct. 16

Warrant

Matthew Paul Sudnik, 40, of the 200 block of Walsh Circle, Yorkville, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. at his residence on a failure to appear warrant out of Kendall County for a DUI, said the Sheriff’s office.

Residential burglary

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for residential burglary that occurred in the 0-99 block of North Royal Oaks, Bristol. The homeowner reported there was forced entry at the rear of the residence and the home was rummaged through. Stolen were three laptop computers, an iPad, jewelry and cash. The incident is under investigation.

Theft

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the theft of a check from a residence in the 0-99 block of Highview Drive, Kendall. The check was cashed at a financial institution without the victim’s approval.

Tuesday, Oct. 15

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for criminal damage to property that occurred at 5:15 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Hampton Road, Oswego. During a domestic dispute a subject threw an object at a window, which caused the window to break. The window will cost $100 to replace.

Monday, Oct. 14

Theft

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for a theft that occurred on Sept.27 in the 200 block of Route 31. The victim reported the theft of a Dell laptop that he left at work on Sept.  27 and noticed it missing on Sept. 30.
