What Percentage of Homes Were Delinquent on Mortgage Payments?

The graph below shows the percentage of residents who were more than 90-days delinquent on their mortgage payments over a period of several years.

The number of people who missed payments rose steadily over two years. Slowly but surely, more people got on better footing and were able to pay on time.
