5 students and 3 staff members are in quarantine after a Winston Campus Junior High School staff member tested positive for the coronavirus.
PALATINE, IL — Five students and three school staff members at Winston Campus Junior High School in Palatine are quarantining after another school staff member tested positive for the coronavirus, according to the Community Consolidated School District 15's online "COVID New Active Cases Dashboard. "
The daily tallies were added to the online dashboard Monday, which isn't updated on Saturdays or Sundays.

News of the positive test came shortly after District 15 students started returning to school for in-person learning as part of the district's rolling re-entry plan.
