Coronavirus In Palatine: 249 Cases, 2 Deaths

Palatine's numbers are reported by Suburban Cook County Health Department's COVID-19 surveillance data and the Cook County Medical Examiner.

PALATINE, IL —Palatine has 249 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus and two deaths reported in its village limits as of Wednesday, according to Cook County health and medical examiner's office officials. Among the areas hardest hit in suburban Cook County are Des Plaines, where there are currently 1,186 confirmed cases and 32 deaths; Niles, which currently has 986 cases and 31 deaths; and Glenview, where 591 people currently have the coronavirus and 21 have died, according to the Suburban Cook County Health Department's COVID-19 surveillance data website and the Cook County Medical Examiner's office website.

Throughout Cook County, there have been more than 13,364 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 547 deaths.
