Crash Kills Woman In Motorcycle Training Course At Harper College
The woman was killed Saturday in a crash during a motorcycle safety training class in Palatine at Harper College, the Daily Herald reported.

PALATINE, IL — Officials said a Winfield woman was killed Saturday in a crash during a motorcycle safety training class in Palatine at Harper College, the Daily Herald reported. The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office identified 66-year-old Carol Counelis as the person killed while participating in day two of the three-day Three Wheel Basic Rider Course, offered by Harper College for the Illinois Department of Transportation, the Daily Herald reported, according to Harper College officials.
The crash happened about 1 p.m., and Counelis was taken to Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, where she was pronounced just after 2 p.m. The crash is being investigated by the Harper College Police Department with help from Palatine police, according to the news source.
