Curbside Yard Waste Collection Begins Week Of April 5 In Palatine

Groot will start collecting bagged or bundled yard waste as part of their regular garbage and recycling routes starting the week of April 5. Please note the following:

• Bagged Yard Waste: Bagged yard waste shall be placed in two-ply brown paper bags and shall not exceed 60 pounds.
• Bundled Yard Waste: Branches or limbs, 4 inches in diameter or less, may be bundled with biodegradable twine or rope. The bundles shall not exceed 60 pounds, 4 feet in length, or 2 feet in diameter
