Local Election Coverage: Palatine Township Elementary District 15 School Board
Seven candidates ran for three seats at the school board.
Voters in Palatine Township Elementary District 15 had seven candidates to choose from to fill three seats on the board.
Preliminary results Tuesday night show Jessica Morrison, Manjula Sriram and Zubair Khan will be filling those seats. Of the three, only Manjula Sriram is an incumbent. Morrison totalled 3,984 votes, Sriram 3,242 votes and Khan 2,989 votes.
The remaining two incumbents, Gerard Iannuzzelli and Frank Annerino had a total of 2,887 votes and 2,714 votes respectively.

The board has been facing a divide lately and in interviews with candidates have revealed various solutions to the collaboration challenge.
A total of 7,053 ballots were cast in this race.
