Police were in the area at 10:51 p.m. handling a domestic dispute call in the 800 block of W. Panorama Dr. When they heard a crash, they looked toward the street where they had left their cars legally parked and saw a red Ford Explorer had struck the rear of one of their cars, pushing it into the second police car parked directly in front of it.
Rosales was driving the Ford and began to drive away, police said in a written report. One of the officers was able to follow and stop Rosales as he parked in his apartment parking lot within the same complex.
