Palatine officials will be delaying their move to a temporary base of operations while the Village Hall is renovated.
Village Manager Reid Ottesen told Journal and Topics Newspapers that logistics still need to be figured out before employees can head over to the former Clu building, 150 W. Wilson St., which will serve as a makeshift village hall for Palatine. The current hall, 200 E. Wood St., will be remodeled, a process that is expected to take about a year, according to the Journal and Topics Newspapers report.
