Patch Editor Bids Fond Farewell

Dear Patch Readers,

It is with much sadness that I inform you I will no longer be the editor of the Palatine and Barrington Patches, but I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you most sincerely for your readership, support and interaction. Without you, we are nothing.

I know I speak for every editor whose career with Patch has come to an end when I say how much I’ve enjoyed this experience and getting to know you and your communities. The work at times was tough and exhausting, but also very rewarding. I have been honored to bring you the news of your community and share your stories. Thank you for trusting me to do that.

As I look ahead, I know my time at Patch has provided me knowledge and skills that I will always appreciate. I still believe in Patch, and hope you will continue to support it.
