Police Investigating After Person Hit By Car In Palatine

PALATINE, IL — Palatine police are investigating after a person was hit by a car Wednesday afternoon on Northbound Rand Road, south of Lake Cook Road. Palatine police told Patch officers were called to the area just after 3 p.m.

One person was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Palatine police said.

As of 4:20 p.m. the roadway is cleared, however authorities are still out investigating.
