Schaumburg Board Favors Recommending District 211 Property

SCHAUMBURG, IL — The Village of Schaumburg Zoning Board of Appeals voted in favor Wednesday to recommend approval of a proposed development of homes being sold by Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211. According to the Daily Herald, board members voted 6-1 to recommend approval of the proposal consisting of 149 single-family homes on a 62-acre site, designed by by Nitti Development LLC of Glendale Heights.
