Small Business Saturday: Palatine Shops Break Out One-Day Deals

PALATINE, IL — While national retailers will be sleeping off their Black Friday hangovers, locally owned Palatine businesses will be celebrating Small Business Saturday. As in past years, outlets throughout the village will be offering customers a variety of specials and deals, according to the Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce.

Here's a look at how some Palatine businesses will be participating in the special shopping day Saturday, Nov. 24:

ProHealth Drugs (777 N. Quentin Road): Open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Go to the store's for more details.

Sport Clips (1590 N. Rand Road): Open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Use the service code 2915 to receive a $3 discount. Go to the business' website for more details.

Mike's Bike Shop (55 N. Northwest Hwy.): Open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Receive deals on a Blackburn Click headlight (half off), a Sunlite floor pump (half off) and a variety of jerseys, shorts and tights (15 percent off). Go to the shop's website for more details.
