State Reps Hold Forum to Talk About Senate School Funding Bill

Sen. Matt Murphy and Rep. Tom Morrison will discuss Senate Bill 16 with 27th District residents.

State Sen. Matt Murphy (R-Palatine) and State Rep. Tom Morrison (R-Palatine) will discuss a senate bill that would redistribute state funds for schools throughout Illinois during a public forum Tuesday.

The forum, which runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Metropolis Performing Arts Center, 111 W. Campbell St., in Arlington Heights, will give residents in the 27th District information on how Senate Bill 16 will affect local school districts.
