Zombies On Parade back from the dead

After a year of resting, the Zombies came back "alive" for the holiday weekend, with some special help.

The pandemic even hit the Zombies last year.

Yet thankfully, they came back and created many smiles at this years 4th of July Parade in Rolling Meadows.

They hobbled, grunted, groaned and playfully teased with the audience, while handing candy to children who were so eager to interact with them. Adults and kids were waving and clapping, as they slid their feet across the ground. "Zombies, woah!" "YES!" "That is amazing" the crowds cheered.

Master zombie, Barb Sorensen says "It is so comforting to see the smiles of many people who gathered and supported many local businesses and clubs once again. Their support was beyond our expectations.

We couldn't have done it without our local sponsor Jewel. We really appreciated their support."
