Sales have begun for Brighton Mews, a 29-unit luxury townhome development, according to Glenview, Ill.-based homebuilder and developer Edward R. James Homes. The development is located at 303 S. Northwest Hwy in downtown Park Ridge, Ill. Construction is expected to commence later this fall, with deliveries in 2015.
