Curfews In Illinois For Weekend: List
UPDATED: One town decided to cancel their curfew for Friday night.

ILLINOIS — As protests over the death of George Floyd continue across the country, some Illinois cities have responded by announcing curfews in an attempt to crack down on demonstrations after several grew chaotic — including incidents in Naperville and Chicago. Some Chicag0-area towns are even extending curfews through the weekend.
Curfews generally do not apply to essential workers, who may leave their homes to travel to and from work.
Curfews in effect for the night of Friday, June 5 and beyond:

- Chicago: 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. (until further notice)
- Crest Hill: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Sunday
- Joliet: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Monday
- Waukegan: 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Monday
