District 202 Officials Soliciting Homecoming Parade Theme Ideas

PLAINFIELD, IL — District 202 officials are looking for a theme for this year's Community Homecoming Parade, scheduled for Sept. 28. The parade is one of the biggest in the state with typically more than 100 groups participating. It features all four District 202 high schools, all seven middle schools, most of the 17 elementary schools, the Bonnie McBeth Learning Center and Plainfield Academy.

Previous themes have featured "superheroes" or "transportation...yesterday, today and tomorrow."
