DUI, Street Racing, Battery: Plainfield Arrests Dec. 3-10

PLAINFIELD, IL — Police in Plainfield have issued their latest arrest reports. Charges range from street racing to battery.

Police say 41-year-old Steven J. Fredenhagen was arrested December 2 on an outstanding in-state warrant. He was released on bond.

Timothy J. Hagan, 47, of Darien, Illinois, was arrested November 30 on a charge of street racing. He was transported to the Will County Jail.

Ian Whelton, 25, of Machesney Park, was arrested December 10. He was also charged with street racing. He was released on a $2,500 bond.

Nuno Jose Marques Fernandes, 47, was arrested on December 1. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence and speeding and released on bond.

Sam M. Vonduhn, 47, was charged with battery. He has not been arrested but has been issued a notice to appear.

Libby P. Donald, 30, of Montgomery, Illinois, was arrested on December 2. She was charged with multiple counts of driving under the influence, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.

Gabriel Schwegler, 29, was issued a notice to appear on December 7. He is charged with driving under the influence and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Bobby Tennison, 43, of Montgomery, was charged with multiple counts of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and multiple moving violations. He was transported to the Will County Jail.

Stacy L. Morgan, 38, of Aurora, Illinois, was arrested December 10 and charged with multiple counts of driving under the influence, illegally transporting alcohol, improper lane usage and driving without a valid registration. He was released on his own recognizance.

Martin Alejand Hernandez, 26, was issued a ticket on December 11 for possession of drug equipment.

As in every case, charges are merely accusations, not proof of guilt.
