DUIs, Hit-And-Runs, Drug Charges: Plainfield Arrests In November

PLAINFIELD, IL — Police in Plainfield have updated their latest arrest reports for Nov. 11 through the end of the month. Charges include DUIs, hit-and-runs, driving with a suspended license and various drug charges.
Vincent M. Gentile, 19, of Terrace Boulevard in Plainfield, was arrested on Nov. 11. He is charged with domestic battery, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and resisting arrest.

William Montesinos, 18, of Fawnlily Circle in Joliet, was arrested Nov. 15. He is charged with possession of drug equipment, possession of between 10 and 100 grams of cannabis and speeding.
Laura J. Ritchie, 48, of Tufton Street in Plainfield was arrested Nov. 16. She is charged with disobeying a police officer, failure to signal, fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer and illegal use of a cell phone while driving.

Jeremy Kelly, of E. South Street in Lisbon, Iowa, was arrested Nov. 19. He was charged with theft over $500.
Andrea R. Stewart, 25, of Orchid Lane in Crest Hill, was arrested Nov. 20. He is charged with accident: hit and run, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
Sonia M. Herrera, 22, of S. Cornell in Chicago, was arrested on Nov. 19. She was charged with possession of cannabis over 100 grams, a felony.
Brad J. Anderson, 33, of Raintree Drive in Oswego, was arrested Nov. 21. He was charged with failure to give aid/information, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
Scott A. Dreyer, 49, of S. Oak Creek Lane in Romeoville, was arrested Nov. 22. He was charged with improper use of registration, operation of a vehicle with suspended registration (no insurance), and driving with a suspended license.
Sandra J. Stube-Murdock, 58, of Emerson Drive in Darien, was arrested Nov. 23. He was charged with driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content over .08, driving under the influence of alcohol and other moving violations.
Michael Evans, 48, of E. Bluestem Avenue in Joliet, was arrested Nov. 24. He was charged with driving without a valid license, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Johnnie E. Johnson Jr., 35, of Clearwater Lane in Naperville, was arrested Nov. 28. He had an outstanding in-state warrant, police said.
Matthew Murray, 54, of Eagle View Lane in Oswego, was arrested Nov. 28. He had an outstanding in-state warrant, police said.
Miguel Ramirez-Hernandez, 55, of Park Avenue in Aurora, was arrested Nov. 29. He had an outstanding in-state warrant, police said, and was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration (no insurance) and driving with a suspended license.
As in every case, charges are merely accusations, not proof of guilt.
Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
