Happy Father’s Day From Brady Blain

"If Olympian gods were real, you would definitely be one of them."

In celebration of Father's Day on Sunday June 17, we asked Patch readers to write a letter to their father and let us deliver it. This is Brady Blain's letter to his dad:

Dear Dad,

I love you so much, and I would not want to trade you for anything. You are kind, loving, caring, funny and everything I aspire to be. You always put others before yourself, even when it is hard. You push me to my limits and make me try my best. If Olympian gods were real, you would definitely be one of them. If there was an award for Best Dad, I and everyone else on this planet would vote for you without a moment’s hesitation.

Dogs call you pawsome, cats call you purrfect and I call you my Numero Uno! You know how you brag about me at work? Well, I brag about you at school. I can tell from the look on other people’s faces that they are jealous because you are not their dad. I love you so much! Thanks for being MY DAD!

With lots of love,
Your proud son, Brady Blain
