Health Inspection Report: Capri Sogno

PLAINFIELD, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.

The Will County Health Department visited Capri Sogno Sept. 21 for a routine inspection, which is the most recent report available. The restaurant received a sanitation score of 78 and then a corrected score of 90 once immediate fixes were made.

Some of the items out of compliance were:

• No thermometer in basement freezer.
• Hole in wall above basement hand sink.
• Can opener blade soiled.
• Bowl used to scoop calamari. Use handled utensil.
