Preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Larry Blank and Ken Blank.

Wayne was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. For many years, it was rare to see him not wearing camouflage. He had a great sense of humor and loved playing practical jokes. Wayne always found himself in amusing situations and he could really tell a good story. If Wayne liked you, then he had a nickname for you. He, himself, went by “Oscar”, “Oliver”, and “Ollie”.

All friends and relatives are invited to join the Blank family in celebrating Wayne's life on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 1201 W. Route 6 (at Deerpath Dr.) Morris, where a visitation will occur from 2:00 p.m. until a time of sharing memories begins at 4:00 p.m. Facemasks are required. As it was Wayne's wish cremation rites have been accorded.
