In-person learning at Montessori of Plainfield

Currently enrolling students

Montessori of Plainfield is currently scheduling tours for families interested in enrolling a child for the remainder of 2020-2021. We are offering in-person learning but will have limited enrollment due to new CDC guidelines. Families interested in touring our program, meeting our staff and getting information about our academic program for children ages 3-6 years old can call us at 815-272-3783 or email at Montessoriiffrankfort@gmail.com to arrange a tour or for additional information.

About Montessori Education-A Montessori education has been shown to prepare children well for later in life academically, socially and emotionally. They are lifelong learners who are team players, attentive listeners, responsible, focused, goal-oriented, adaptive and show enthusiasm for learning. Montessori children are ranked above average on a multitude of criteria, as well as score well above average on standardized tests. Numerous successful Montessori graduates have touched American history in profound ways like, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, Julia Child, and the founders of google Larry Page, and Sergey Brin.

ABOUT MONTESSORI OF PLAINFIELD-Montessori of Plainfield was founded in August of 1998 by Montessori trained teachers and sisters, Mari-Ann Unger and Linda Mora. The academic preschool and kindergarten is for children ages 3-6. Montessori of Plainfield is a member of the American Montessori Society. Teachers are CPR- and first aid-certified as well.
