PFizer Vaccination Clinic in Plainfield on May 3

AMAN, American Muslims Assisting Neighbors, is collaborating with St. Jude Pharmacy, Joliet to offer 100 doses of the PFizer vaccine . This is a two dose vaccination.The first dose will be offered on Monday May 3, 2021 from 9:30 AM t0 5 PM at the Plainfield Township Community Center on 15014 Des Plaines St. in Plainfield.

The second dose will be at the same location on Monday, May 24. Last appointment will be for 4:30 PM."People are encouraged to register early as only 100 doses will be available" said Mohammed Faheem, President of AMAN, a Plainfield based not for profit. "If the demand exceeds supply, we will try to arrange a second session next month depending on the availability of more vaccine" he added.

Staff from St. Jude Pharmacy will provide and administer the vaccine. Anyone over 16 years of age is eligible. 16 year olds will have to bring parental approval. Insurance is not required but photo identification should be provided when you come. If you do have insurance, please bring a copy of the card on the day of the event.

You must register online at www.amaninc.org. You only need to register once for both doses. Registration will close at the end of the day May 2nd or when 100 people are registered.
