Plainfield Arrests: DUI, Battery, Solicitation

As in every case, charges are merely accusations, not proof of guilt.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Police in Plainfield have issued their latest arrest reports. Charges this week include DUI, domestic battery, drug possession and solicitation.

Police say 36-year-old Chalisse E. Breeden, of Lockport, Ill., was arrested on Dec. 10 on Riverwalk Court for an in-state warrant. She was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Forty-seven-year-old Yinyan Gao, of Chicago, was arrested Dec. 12, in the 14,000 block of S. Route 30, in Plainfield for solicitation of a sexual act. She was released on personal recognizance.

Victor Torres, 61, of Oswego, Ill., was arrested Dec. on an in-state warrant. He was released on bond.

Ever Ortiz, 20, of Kankakee, Ill., was arrested Dec. 15 in the area of Arbor Creek Drive and Frontage Road. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegally possessing, consuming and transporting alcohol, driving an uninsured vehicle, and other traffic violations. According to the arrest report, he was released to his parent or guardian.

Jason C. Angello, 43, of Plainfield, was arrested Dec. 18 in the 13,000 block of Cinnamon Circle for domestic batter. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
