PLAINFIELD, IL—The Plainfield Art League has announced the winner of its Best of Show Ribbon is Freddie Harmon. Harmon’s work was shown during the One Night Show held in May. Typically, the Plainfield Art Leagues issues the award monthly to a local artist.

During the One Night Show, Harmon showcased an alcohol ink, titled, “Red Cactus.”

“Absolutely beautiful—Love the bright, vibrant reds, and then there’s the wonderful contrasting greens,” Judge Mike Bessler said. “And finally, don’t miss the texture around the edges of the main bloom. Congratulations.”
