Go On An Adventure With Scout's Summer Fun Hunt Map: Plainfield Park District

The Plainfield Park District will kick off Park and Recreation Month in July with Scout’s Summer Fun Hunt.

Starting on July 1, residents can pick up a copy of Scout’s Fun Hunt map at Park District facilities including the lobby at the Prairie Activity & Recreation Center (PARC), 24550 W. Renwick Rd., and the lobby at the Recreation and Administration Center, 23729 W. Ottawa St. during business hours.

Maps will also be available on July 12, at the Bott Park playground, 24550 W. Renwick Rd. from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Residents can also find maps at Park District special events through the remainder of the summer and at the Park District table at Cruise Nights in Downtown Plainfield on Tuesday evenings.

Families who visit at least 6 locations can turn in their map at the end of the summer to receive a prize. Families can share photos of their summer fun adventures by using the hashtag #scoutsummermap.
