PLAINFIELD, IL -- Plainfield's historic Varley-Olsen house has hit the market, and just underwent a price cut. The local landmark can now be yours for $575,000.

The Victorian-style home at 14931 S. Barlett Ave. was built around 1905, according to the village. Many of its historic elements are still intact, including stained-glass windows and interior woodwork. But that is not to say the home looks outdated.
