Test Your Strength With Plainfield Armored Truck Challenge
Face off against other teams to see who can pull an armored truck the farthest, the fastest.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Showcase your feats of strength with a new challenge coming in July to downtown Plainfield. The Plainfield Police Department will host an armored truck challenge to benefit Special Olympics Illinois.
Here's how it will work: Teams of six people (any makeup) will compete to see which one can pull an armored rescue vehicle 75 feet the fastest.
It will all happen from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, at the corner of Chicago Street and Des Plaines Street.

The cost is $120 per team, which will also get each member an armored truck challenge T-shirt. Participants must be high school-aged or older, and anyone under 18 must have a signed parental consent form.

The event will also offer a bounce house for kids and refreshments available for purchase.
Proceeds will benefit the Law Enforcement Torch Run For Special Olympics Illinois.
