Donor Pays For 2 New Additions To Winnebago Sheriff's K9 Unit

WINNEBAGO COUNTY, IL — Say hello to the two newest additions to the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office announced their two new K9 Unit members, Sadie and Nancy Drew, who were purchased thanks to a donation from an anonymous donor.

According to the sheriff's office, Sadie and Nancy Drew will work to help locate missing and lost individuals.

The sheriff's office also thanks Crime Stoppers for facilitating the donation, as the two new additions will help the sheriff's department offer assistance to surrounding law enforcement agencies.
