3 Wounded In Late-Night Shooting At 87th And Wood
All three victims were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police in Chicago's 22nd district said.
CHICAGO — Three people were hospitalized after a late Saturday shooting near 87th and Wood in the city's Auburn Gresham neighborhood, a few blocks from the Dan Ryan Woods.
Chicago police said multiple shooters began firing around 11:25 a.m., striking three victims.
A 34-year-old man sustained one gunshot wound to the left leg, a 31-year-old woman was shot in the buttocks and a 46-year-old man in the lower back, police said. They were all in stable condition before they were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
