9 Injured When CTA, Pace Buses Collide On Chicago's South Side
A Monday night crash on 103rd Street sent nine bus riders to the hospital.

CHICAGO - Nine bus riders were injured Monday night when a CTA bus collided with a Pace bus on the South Side near the city's Pullman neighborhood. Chicago police say eight passengers on the Pace bus and one on the CTA bus were taken to various hospitals with non-life threatening injuries after the crash reported at 9:10 p.m. in the 1500 block of East 103rd Street.
An initial investigation by the Chicago Police Department's major accidents division indicates that the Pace bus was turning southbound from 103rd Street when it collided with the CTA bus, which was headed east on 103rd.
Neither of the drivers were among the injured.
