Illinois State Fair Performers: Reba McEntire, Snoop Dogg, More

SPRINGFIELD, IL — Country music superstar Reba McEntire will close out the concert lineup at this summer's Illinois State Fair. According to the Illinois State Fair website, the Country Music Hall of Fame icon will perform on the Grandstand Stage Sunday, Aug. 18, and country music singer Rachel Wammack will open for McEntire.

The Illinois State Fair runs Aug. 8 through Aug. 18.

• Monday, Aug. 12: The Traveling Salvation Show - A Tribute to Neil Diamond
• Tuesday, Aug. 13: Why Don't We
• Wednesday, Aug. 14: Pentatonix with Rachel Platten
• Thursday, Aug. 15: Old Dominion
• Friday, Aug. 16: Snoop Dogg & Friends (Dogg Pound, Warren G, DJ Quick, Twista and Do or Die)

Gates open one hour before the 7:30 p.m. concerts, according to fair officials.

Tickets to McEntire's concert and the above shows, except The Traveling Salvation Show (free), go on sale April 20 via Ticketmaster or the Grandstand Office. Ticket prices vary and can be viewed on the Grandstand web page. Admission to Stage Side Pre-Show Party events are $30.
